1. Bring users together regularly: Good agreements make good friends, but how do you reach good agreements? We regularly bring all users of a Vast-Goed location together during a management council. During such a council, users can vent, share ideas and make agreements with the other users.

2. Formulate clear principles and assumptions: Are you facing a challenge with your users? Or is something unexpected happening? Clear principles, such as shared management and use principles, often provide a clear framework to respond consistently.

3. Build bridges between your users: what is the biggest advantage of sharing space? You are rarely alone. Often other users come up against similar challenges, or they have a solution in store that you yourself have not yet thought of.
